All standard shipping within Australia is provided via Parcel Post and is charged at Australia Post rates. In Sydney, customers can generally expect to receive their item(s) 2 business days after the day of posting. Shipping to metropolitan Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra is likely to take a day more, to Adelaide add another day again and Darwin and Perth customers need to add a smidgeon more.

Please note that Parcel Post provides “insurance cover upon delivery” protection. As a rule we do not ship outside of Australia but if you are interested in our product and wish to spend over $200AU this can be reviewed if you email us and indicate where you are, the products you wish to buy and the type of freight you wish to use.

Wood n Art b Nice provides a money back guarantee on all online purchases of homewares and wall art. You have 10 days from the date of dispatch in which to return the item(s) in question to obtain your refund. General coverage that applies to all products:

  • the item you receive differs materially from its either its individual photograph or the themed photograph on our website;

  • the photograph on our website clearly misrepresents the item you have received;

  • the item you have received is significantly different in size from that published on our website (note that published overall sizes of framed wall art works are approximate);

  • damage to the work itself;

  • delivery of an incorrect product, i.e. a product you did not order.

    What’s not covered?

  • the guarantee does not cover you changing your mind;

  • minor differences in colour and design between the items photographed on our website and what you actually receive (accurate representation of colours cannot be guaranteed due to the inherent limitations of computer screens and whatever equipment was used to take the photograph);

  • malicious damage;

  • damage incurred through faulty or inadequate return packaging.

    What’s refunded?

    We refund the full purchase price of the item less freight costs where they have been separately specified. The refund will only be credited to the account from which payment was originally made. You will be notified by email that the refund has been processed.

    What’s not refunded?

  • return freight costs;

  • return packaging costs.

    How do you claim?

  • to return an item please email us for help within 10 days of dispatch of the faulty item(s);

  • if the package itself has been damaged to the point you suspect its contents are also damaged please photograph the damage before you open the package;

  • repackage the work in its original packaging or equivalent (Wood n Art b Nice will provide you with shipping instructions for the return of the item(s) in question;

  • provide photographic evidence of damage to the packaging in case we need to recover costs from the carrier;

  • provide photographic evidence showing what you received differs materially from what was published on our website;

  • provide a description of the damaged item(s) supported by photographic evidence;

  • provide details of when the delivery occurred such as the date and delivery docket number.
