The Gymea Village Fair, now in its 42nd year, runs down the length of Gymea Bay Road from The Kingsway to President Avenue and we’re pleased to offer our wares at this wonderful event. We have our fingers crossed that this year will be blue skies and fun all round.

In past events it has been estimated that over 50,000 attend, each of them focussed on sharing in the community spirit that exists as a result of the entertainment provided and the vast number of stalls offering the traditional, homemade, beautiful arts and crafts, the unusual, handbags, clothing and Christmas fare.

We’re certainly looking forward to enjoying the day with you and will have lots to choose from including a number of new homeware products and eye-catching works of art.

The Crow’s Nest Festival is probably the creme da la creme of Sydney markets and yet it can be expected that this year’s event will be even better given that the metro station is now open and providing quick access to the event. Please come and join us as we celebrate the commencement of Spring within the picturesque setting of the Village Green, Breakfast Point. It’s also Fathers Day so take a punt on a great day out (the Putney Punt to be precise) or perhaps take a leisurely river cruise to nearby Cabarita Wharf. It is also the International Day for Clean Air for Blue Skies and the Breakfast Point environs now lay testament to the wonders of environmental remediation, effective planning and futuristic vision. The area’s name originated from a decision by Captain John Hunter to stop here for breakfast on 5 February 1788 where he met traditional owners of the land from the Wangal Clan. He provided them with some trinkets and left his fire burning for them to cook their mussels. Barangaroo honours Australia’s shared history and rich Aboriginal culture with the site being part of the territory of the Gadigal of the Eora nation, the traditional custodians of the Sydney City region. Watsons Bay Market

We’re harbourside again at the pretty as a picture Watsons Bay Market, held in Robertson Park, next to the ferry wharf. We’ll have some product at these markets not previously available including original wall art and look forward to customer reaction to these products.

Overall there will be over 100 stalls so it is most likely that the market will offer a wonderful adventure as we enjoy summer by the sea.
